3. Account Registration & Verification

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to www2222 is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, www2222 reserves the right to suspend the associated account immediately, recover the disputed amount from any remaining account balance, and pursue recovery of the full amount through available legal channels where the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or in bad faith.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse
www2222 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
5.3 Promotion Eligibility

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the www2222 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your www2222 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@www2222. Before your account is closed, any remaining BDT balance will be refunded to your registered payment method provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no pending investigations or disputes. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by www2222
www2222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age
- Suspicion or confirmed detection of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
- Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual
- Use of automated tools, bots, or prohibited software
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available within their www2222 account settings.
